Returns & Exchanges

Didn't love it? That's a bummer, but we totally get it. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please read all the way through to see what will work best for you!
EXCHANGES

Exchanges on apparel items are always free. You must initiate your exchange within 30 days from the time in which you receive the item. We understand shopping for clothing items online can be difficult so we want to give you the peace of mind in knowing you can exchange your apparel items at no additional cost to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges on non-apparel items. 

In order for your item to be eligible for exchange:

  • It must be in new and unused condition. (No exceptions will be made. If we receive your item and can tell it's been worn, we will not accept the exchange. Be cool. Don't try to wear your pieces for an event and then turn-around and try to exchange them.)
  • FR & Co tags must still be attached (we're flexible here so long as the item has not been worn or used, we're all human and ripped off tags not thinking we'd need a different size)
  • We will honor 3 separate exchanges every 30 days.

RETURNS

Unless it is a defective item, we do not cover the cost to return your item. Your item must be returned within 15 days from the time in which you receive the item. It must be in new and unused condition, with the tags still attached. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. We do not refund shipping fees. You are responsible for the shipping to return the item. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns on non-apparel items.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items (all clearance items are final sale)
  • Body Essentials (Lotion, Perfume, Face Masks, Hair Serum)
  • Gift Cards
  • Food or Drink items
Any returns or exchanges that fall outside of this policy will be subject to additional review and may not be approved.
