Key Holder - FR & Company
The Keyholder, in partnership with store management, creates a customer centric environment aligning with FR & Company values. The keyholder supports the store goals which include exceptional customer service, sales goals, loss prevention, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyholder Duties:

Open and close the store independently, ensuring all procedures are followed.

Provide leadership and support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Handle cash and process transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
Visual Merchandising:

Maintain product displays, ensuring they are always neat, organized, and replenished.
Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner, providing exceptional service.

Help customers find the perfect products, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations.

Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Assist clients with styling advice and help them make fashion-forward choices.
Team Collaboration:

Provide coaching and support to store associates to maintain a high level of customer service and sales performance.

Assist in training new staff members, particularly in visual merchandising and product knowledge.
Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Manage inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and handle product shipments and restocking.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a keyholder or supervisory role.

Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to open and close the store independently and handle keyholder responsibilities with reliability.

Strong customer service orientation and a proactive attitude.

Basic cash handling and POS system experience.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Visual Merchandising Key Holder - FR & Company

The Sales Associate, in partnership with store management, creates a customer centric environment aligning with FR & Company values. The sales associate supports the store goals which include exceptional customer service, sales goals, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Associate Duties:
- Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the store’s products and services to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products.
Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.

Create a positive shopping experience by ensuring that each customer feels valued, heard, and appreciated.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
