Job Description
Nestled in the heart of Historic Main Street St. Charles, FR & Co focuses on curating a collection of apparel, accessories and gifts that can complement any woman's life. We're searching for additional team members who have an interest in women's fashion and find joy in helping our customers find the perfect fit.
The Sales Associate, in partnership with store management, creates a customer centric environment aligning with FR & Co values. The sales associate supports the store goals which include exceptional customer service, sales goals, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store cleanliness and social media support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently creates a curated customer experience by adhering to FR & Co’s guest experience standards
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service through styling sessions, tailored recommendations and positivity
- Operates register/computer system with efficiency and accuracy
- Completes tasks as assigned in a timely manner
- Adheres to loss prevention practices and maintains effective floor awareness
- Maintains the store’s organization, appearance, and cleanliness
- Assists in social media efforts by answering customer questions
- Assists in the upkeep and organizational efforts of the storefront and stock room
- Represents the brand well by following dress and grooming standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Retail experience
- 1 year preferred
Availability
- Some Daytime Hours required
- Some Weekends required
- Some Evenings required
- 12-18 hours per week (Flexible based on employee needs)
